Terms & Conditions1. Privacy of InformationPaperWeb Design understand that the information that you provide to us is private and confidential and will not pass on of any information obtained either via the website or through customer generated sales and enquiries via email, phone, fax or mail to third parties. 2. PaymentFull payment for stationery products is required prior to delivery. An invoice will be sent to the customer during the set up process, and payment can be made in four ways:
Full payment details including BSB and account details for direct deposit are provided on the invoice which is emailed to the customer. Your bank may charge a small 'currency conversion fee' if processing a credit card transaction from your currency to Australian currency. PaperWeb Design is not liable for bank fees incurred. 3. Purchasing OnlineWhere a customer makes a purchase online, payments are processed using the eWay gateway offering 1024 bit bank encryption to provide secure transactions. PaperWeb Design’s ecommerce system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) – the industry standard for encryption technology used to create a secure transaction environment. The SSL transaction does not retain your credit card number subsequent to the transaction at hand. 4. Supply of ContentPaperWeb Design will, without exception, refuse any order where the content provided by the customer is deemed to be inappropriate including crude, pornographic, obscene, immoral, violent, or defamatory text and/or photographs. 5. Proofing and Acceptance ProceduresPaperWeb Design will provide a final layout to the customer for approval prior to printing and assembly of stationery. PaperWeb Design will make every good faith effort to check and proof read deliverables thoroughly and make all necessary corrections as a result of such checking prior to sending the final proof to the customer. It will be, however, the final responsibility of the customer to ensure all copy and content is correct. 6. Errors and OmissionsPaperWeb Design does not take responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of errors or omissions after the final layout has been approved by the customer as a result of errors or omissions that correspond with the information supplied by the customer. 7. Late submissions, booking or saleAll final design changes, names or address, or other pertinent information must be supplied by the deadlines agreed. PaperWeb Design does not take responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of the customer not meeting their deadlines. 8. OwnershipAll designs remain the property of PaperWeb Design. 9. Replacements and RefundsReplacement products can be created and shipped within 5 working days in the instance whereby the product received by the customer is defective or suitably different to the product ordered. Alternatively, a full refund may be offered by PaperWeb Design. 10. Changing & Cancelling your OrderOrders can be changed or cancelled provided printing and assembly costs have not been incurred. This can happen any time after authorisation of the final proof. Where an order is cancelled after printing and assembly costs are incurred, the full amount is payable to PaperWeb Design less any shipping costs quoted. 11. Order not receivedIf an order is not received within an expected time frame, PaperWeb Design will endeavor to source information on the delivery. If the order is lost in the shipping process, PaperWeb Design will replace the product and there will not be any additional costs for replacement beyond those originally authorised by the customer. 12. Inability to SupplyPaperWeb Design does not accept responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of inability to supply due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, flood, fire, power outages, war, riots, strikes, sabotage, terrorist action, or illness. 13. Limitation of LiabilityThe customer agrees that it shall not hold PaperWeb Design or its agents or employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages which arise from PaperWeb Design's failure to provide products and services in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by intentional or negligent acts or omissions of PaperWeb Design or a third party. Furthermore, PaperWeb Design disclaims all implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular use. 14. LinksPaperWeb Design web sites contain links to other sites. PaperWeb Design assumes no responsibility for the content or the privacy policies and practices of such web sites. 15.
